Skins Snag Turner from Broncos

Redskins hired Bobby Turner as Running Backs coach and Assistant Head Coach. Turner, who was on the Broncos staff as the RB coach, has years of experience and he is well respected by his peers and players.

The Redskins have named Bobby Turner their assistant head coach/running backs, the team announced on Thursday.

Turner comes to Washington after spending the previous 15 seasons (1995-2009) as the Denver Broncos’ running backs coach, where he was part of teams that earned two Super Bowl victories (1997-98), three AFC West titles (1996, ’98, 2005) and seven playoff berths (1996-98, 2000, ’03-05). - Redskins.com
